You will work with a charming 13-year-old boy living near Överum in the countryside with his family. It's important that you have a genuine interest in the role of personal assistant and understand what the profession truly entails, with the client at the center.
Our little superhero needs help with basic needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and turning during sleep. Two assistants always work together since he has active double assistance around the clock!
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
You are a woman or man between 25-55 years old.
We prefer that you are smoke-free, ideally completely tobacco-free. You have a class B driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation is limited. It's important that you speak Swedish very well, both verbally and in writing. Since the family lives on a farm, it's important that you don't have any allergies—there are pets in the house.
As a person, you are responsible, calm, and prioritize the job and arrive on time. You can naturally get sick like anyone else, but you cannot be someone who frequently misses scheduled work.
EMPLOYMENT LEVEL AND WORKING HOURS:
Permanent position available upon need.
Working hours include days, evenings, awake nights, and weekends.
HERE'S WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Fixed hourly wage + on-call compensation. Collective agreement in place.
Employment with fair terms. Of course, you'll receive an introduction and have time to get acquainted before starting work.
Temporary substitutes sought with the possibility of scheduled shifts going forward and summer substitute work.
