You will work with a charming 13-year-old boy who lives near Överum in the countryside with his family. It's important that you have a genuine interest in working as a personal assistant and understand what the profession truly entails and to work with the client at the center.
Our little superhero needs help with basic needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and turning during sleep. Two assistants always work together since he has active dual assistance 24 hours a day!
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
You are a woman or man between 25-55 years old.
We prefer that you are smoke-free, ideally completely tobacco-free. You have a B driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation is limited. It's important that you speak Swedish very well, both spoken and written. Since the family lives on a farm, it's important that you don't have any allergies—there are pets in the house.
As a person, you are responsible, calm, and prioritize the job and arrive on time. You can of course get sick like anyone else, but you cannot be someone who frequently misses scheduled work.
POSITION AND WORK HOURS:
Temporary position with possibility of permanent employment.
Work hours include day, evening, night shifts, and weekends.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Fixed hourly wage + shift compensation. Collective agreement in place.
Employment with good terms. Of course, you'll receive an introduction and get to know the role before you start working.
Temporary staff wanted with the possibility of a regular schedule going forward and summer substitute positions.
