Lunds Waldorf School, founded in 1978 and located in the picturesque Hardeberga area near Lund, is now seeking flexible and committed substitutes for facilities maintenance. The school is an independent, non-profit foundation with approximately 170 students in grades K–9 and around 40 staff members.
Lunds Waldorf School operates according to Waldorf pedagogy principles, where care, community, and a close relationship with nature are important parts of the school's overall philosophy. A clean and well-maintained school environment is essential for students and staff and contributes to well-being, health, and favorable conditions for learning.
Job Responsibilities
As a substitute facilities attendant, you will step in as needed and support the daily work of cleaning and maintaining the school's facilities. Your responsibilities may include:
cleaning classrooms, hallways, staff areas, and other common spaces,
cleaning restrooms and hygiene facilities,
emptying trash and restocking consumable materials,
vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces,
following the school's cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures,
contributing to a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
Qualifications
You must be available for at least one substitute shift per week. If this is not possible, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying.
Experience in facilities maintenance, school cleaning, public facilities, or similar work is advantageous. Most importantly, you must be responsible, thorough, and able to work efficiently according to established procedures.

have a friendly and respectful manner toward students and staff.

Employment Terms
Substitute position with flexible, as-needed working hours.
Salary according to collective agreement.
