We are now seeking an engaged hourly substitute caregiver for one of our clients in central Jönköping. This position is perfect for you if you want meaningful and varied work where you make a real difference in someone else's daily life. Our client is a woman in her 40s who uses a wheelchair and has disabilities that require support in most aspects of her daily life. She has a great sense of humor and enjoys laughing, so we believe the ideal candidate is self-driven, engaged, and has a twinkle in their eye. About the Position The client has personal assistance around the clock, and your workplace is wherever she is located. Work tasks vary depending on the day's activities and needs, making the work both varied and developmental. The role includes supporting with personal care, household tasks, and various daily activities. The client has an active lifestyle and enjoys exercising, swimming, horseback riding, walking, and spending time with friends. She also has a strong interest in computers, so it's an advantage if you feel comfortable with technology. Communication is facilitated through a letter board that is simple to understand and learn to use. As a personal assistant, you are an important enabler. Through your support, the client can live her life according to her own wishes and circumstances. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone who is positive, flexible, and solution-oriented. You thrive in an active assignment where things happen and no two days are the same. You are confident in yourself, work well collaboratively, and can adapt to different situations and needs. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an asset, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is desirable that you have a driver's license, but it is not a requirement. You also need to be a non-smoker.
