Hourly substitute caregiver needed as a personal assistant for a 15-year-old girl in Laholm We are looking for you to work as an hourly substitute and personal assistant for a cheerful and charismatic 12-year-old girl who lives with her family in central Laholm. She has a cognitive disability and therefore needs support and supervision during all her waking hours. She can walk independently, but always needs someone nearby who can support and help her in her daily life. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, active, and enjoys fun, play, and physical activities. At the same time, you need to be calm and reassuring, have great patience, and be able to adapt to different situations. We would appreciate if you are resourceful, take initiative, and are responsible. It is a merit if you have experience working as a personal assistant, preferably with children or young people, but the most important thing is personal suitability and that you get along well with the girl. Due to the nature of the work, the girl prefers female assistants. Your workplace is primarily where the girl is located. A large part of the time is spent at home, but together you can also spend a lot of time outdoors, swimming, going on outings, and finding different activities and adventures. There is a cat in the home, so you should not have any pet allergies.
