About the Operation Do you want meaningful and developmental work where you make a difference every day? The Forensic Psychiatry Clinic in Säter is seeking temporary staff who want to be part of our engaged team. The Forensic Psychiatry Clinic in Säter provides highly specialized care at the county, regional, and national levels. We primarily care for patients under forensic psychiatric care legislation, but also patients who become ill during ongoing criminal care or detention. The clinic has 78 care beds distributed across seven departments where care assistants and nurses work closely together with doctors, psychologists, social workers, rehabilitation assistants, and addiction treatment specialists to provide patients with safe and quality care. Job Duties As a temporary staff member, you participate in the daily care work on the department. You work together with other professionals to create a safe and secure care environment and to support patients' recovery and development. Job duties include, among other things: Care work and support in patients' daily lives Conversations with patients, relatives, and other care providers Participation in group activities and other care and treatment initiatives Collaboration with care teams and treatment teams Contribute to a safe and professional care environment Working as temporary staff with us gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in forensic psychiatric care while becoming part of an operation that is constantly developing and working for a good work environment. Before active service, you will undergo the clinic's security training. Qualifications Requirements: Trained care assistant or nursing assistant - you have completed the Care and Service Program or the vocational package Care and Service at adult education or YH education Care Assistant in Psychiatric Operations 400 points or equivalent relevant education Class B driver's license Meritorious: Experience from psychiatric care We place great emphasis on personal suitability and seek someone who: has good collaboration skills. is responsible, flexible, and confident in dealing with people. enjoys working in a team. has an interest in psychiatry and recovery-oriented work.
