Temporary Personal Assistant – Support for 15-Year-Old Boy with Gaming Interests

Are you calm, attentive, and enjoy video games? We are now seeking temporary hourly assistants for a 15-year-old boy with a muscular disorder that affects his mobility. He is a social and intelligent teenager who loves playing video games, hanging out with friends, and living as normal a teenage life as possible. Your task is to provide support in his daily life so he can do exactly that. Job ResponsibilitiesAs a personal assistant, you will help him with: Hygiene and personal care Transfers and some physical training Practical daily support Assistance while gaming (for example, pressing buttons) Since his voice is weak, it is important that you understand Swedish very well and are attentive to nuances in communication. We are looking for you if you Are calm, confident, and patient Find it easy to read others and adapt Preferably have an interest in video games or computer games Are a non-smoker Show consideration for the boy's dog allergy Have a driver's license (required) Speak and understand Swedish fluently Previous experience with personal assistance is a merit, but what matters most is that the personal chemistry works and that you fit in with the team around him. About the PositionYou work as a temporary hourly assistant, with the opportunity to fill in as needed—for example, during illness, vacation, or extra shifts. You will receive thorough training and shadow experienced staff until you feel confident in the role.
