About the Role as Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue We work with commitment in everything concerning our clients. The role as treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and therapeutic interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is built on creating safe relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's ability to be independent. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as a support for the client, and together you develop strategies to achieve daily goals. Main Tasks for Night Shift Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue: Working the night shift involves conducting inspections to ensure clients have a safe environment, no unauthorized persons are in the house, and being available for clients who may need support during nighttime hours. Documentation Cleaning and preparing for daytime activities, carrying out certain planning tasks Qualifications You are relationship-focused and have a strong ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good teamwork skills and relate to others in a responsive way, and you enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individuals' needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: Certified treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue with a minimum of 400 YHP B-class driving license Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills, experience with documentation Meritorious: Previous work with substance abuse treatment at an HVB MI, ÅP Employment Terms Role: Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue Employment Type: Substitute/Temporary Work Schedule: Night shift Start Date: By agreement Collective Agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement of Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
