JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Together as a team at Munkaljungbygården, we provide good care, security and joy to our residents. We offer varied work at our Silvia-certified facility specializing in dementia care. The facility has 40 places located on one floor in central Munka Ljungby, with proximity to beautiful natural areas, public transportation and the town center. In addition to care staff, a coordinator, unit manager, nurses, and a rehabilitation team consisting of a physiotherapist and occupational therapist work on site.
As care staff with us, no two days are the same! With an individual-centered approach, we adapt our efforts based on the residents' daily condition and make use of their abilities. The work includes qualified care and nursing services based on residents' needs. An important part of the assignment is to contribute to a meaningful life by letting the individual be the main character in their own daily life and offering participation according to need and ability. Work tasks include helping and supporting individuals with everyday activities such as showering, dressing, toilet visits, meals, outdoor activities and so on.
We actively work with individual implementation plans as a basis for work planning, and each employee takes great responsibility for the operation and development of the activities. As care staff, you work closely with the resident and have a key role in the team together with colleagues, unit manager, nurse, occupational therapist and physiotherapist.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people with high care needs, and we would like you to be a trained nursing assistant, although we place great importance on personal suitability. Previous work experience that has involved responsibility for contact person responsibilities, social documentation and delegated HSL tasks is seen as valuable.

You are confident and comfortable using digital technology, as we increasingly use digital tools to facilitate and improve our activities. Communication is an important part of the job, and you can communicate in Swedish both orally and in writing. If you have knowledge of any additional language, we see that as a positive. As a substitute, you control your own working hours as long as you make yourself available for bookings. To enable you to get as many work shifts as possible, it is good if you can be available during the day, evening, and on weekends.
You are a really great team player who collaborates, takes responsibility and sees the bigger picture. We are constantly working to develop our activities, and if you have experience in improvement or development work, we see that as an asset. Prior to a job offer, we will request an excerpt from the Police Authority's criminal record register. You will also need to provide your professional certificate upon employment.
