Adonia Omsorg, together with our sister company Steget Vidare, has extensive experience in care work. We are an established company in Västra Götaland that offers services such as supported housing, HVB, and foster care. Our operations are expanding strategically: following the successful launch of our first group housing in 2025, we are now preparing the opening of our next unit, Korngatan, and launching our own day activities program. Our vision is to create a strong knowledge hub in Alingsås municipality. Through collaboration and shared expertise across our locations, we strengthen our ability to successfully carry out even the most complex assignments. About the position at Erskavägen At the group housing Erskavägen, which consists of six apartments, we provide services for individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, or autism-like conditions. The operation is staffed around the clock, which means work hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. To ensure high quality care, we would like you to bring relevant experience. Knowledge of and experience working with challenging behaviors, self-harm issues, and substance abuse are highly valued.
