JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Teacher (grades F-9) / After-school leader / Student assistant
We are now seeking substitute teachers who can step in on short notice in our schools from preschool through grade 9. With us, you will have a varied and important assignment where you support students' learning and contribute to a safe work environment when regular staff are absent.
As a substitute teacher, you cover for regular teachers, after-school educators, or resource personnel during illness and leave. You take over planned instruction and lead structured activities based on existing guidelines.
You contribute to creating a calm and studious classroom environment and are available as a trusted adult during breaks.
Opportunity to take assignments with short notice, from individual hours to full workdays.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is responsible and has an easy time making contact with children and young people. It is important that you are clear in your communication and that you are flexible with a good demeanor. It is meritorious if you have an ongoing or completed pedagogical education and previous experience working with children or young people.
