An engaged and reliable colleague is now being sought for a client in Höganäs. The client has autism and can at times display challenging behavior. As a personal assistant, you help with everyday tasks such as cleaning, personal care, activities, or accompanying the client on errands. On weekdays during daytime, the client has a fixed daily activity outside the home, after which work takes place in the home or wherever the client is located. The client currently has assistance from 4 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and around the clock on weekends, which will involve day, evening, and weekend shifts. In case of acute vacancies, you as an employee may need to step in with short notice, so flexibility is welcomed.
