The duties include replacing absent staff as needed, leading or supporting teaching and educational activities, and contributing to students' safety, development, and learning in accordance with the school's and after-school care's routines and governing documents. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: - has experience with similar assignments in schools and after-school care or other youth work - works to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians - reflects on successes and challenges - recognizes each student's needs and considers individual circumstances so that every student can develop and succeed Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
