About Unika Fogdevägen Unika Fogdevägen is located in Bagarmossen in Stockholm and is a group home under LSS for category 1 individuals. Unika Fogdevägen is operated under contract by Stockholm City and has space for 6 residents. We are located close to Bagarmossen subway station and near the city center, while also having beautiful natural areas around the residence. About the Role of Residential Support Worker As a residential support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with strong structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, with a professional and salutogenic approach and working style while operating within the facility's resources and budget. We adapt our work to each individual's circumstances and needs, with the individual's personal implementation plan as the starting point. Our goal is for residents to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources so they can develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working approach involves low-affective interactions and clear pedagogy. Qualifications You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working together with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individuals' needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. • Good computer skills and experience with documentation. • Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group. • Experience with challenging behaviors. • Experience with externalizing behaviors. • Secondary education such as child and recreation program, care and health program, or post-secondary education such as support educator, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field. Meritorious if you also have: • Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-affective interactions. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment Terms Employment form: Fixed-term contract (substitute worker) Degree of service: Fluctuating based on operational needs Working hours: Rotating schedule, day, evening, weekend, and on-call nights Commencement: According to agreement; we view favorably if you can start soon.
