Who are we looking for?
You don't need to have worked in care or health services before. What matters most is that you want to work with people and have a respectful approach.
We are looking for someone who:
is responsible and attentive
works well with others
can work independently
sees what needs to be done and takes initiative
wants to contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life for others.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements for employment
To be able to work with us, you need to:
have turned 18 before employment begins *as the work involves independent care work which is not permitted for minors according to AFS 2012:3 11 §. Appendix 1 items 18 and 21.
be able to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing (equivalent to at least SFI D and approved language assessment)
have a B driver's license if you apply for work within home care
be able to show valid identification
be able to show an extract from the criminal record (no more than six months old) and any necessary work permit. Link Work with children according to LSS, e-service | Police Authority
It is advantageous if you have
education in health care, social care, or education
experience of working in health care, social care, or support services.

You are warmly welcome to apply. We have a particular need for nursing assistants, care assistants, and staff with pedagogical competence, but all relevant experience is valuable.

We follow the rules on priority rights according to the Employment Protection Act and always take internal management references from previously employed staff. Upon rehire, you need to show a new extract from the criminal record.
How the recruitment process works

If your application matches our needs, we will contact you for an interview. The interview is usually conducted digitally, but can also take place in person at the town hall.

After the interview, you will provide references through our digital reference system RefApp.

5. Employment and introduction
If you are offered a job, we will prepare an employment contract, verify documents, and plan your introduction so you get a good start with us.
