Then we're looking for you! We are now seeking temporary hourly sports workers to cover absences of regular staff at the Sports Hall Unit. Here you will work in a varied role where no two days are the same. We work with the customer in focus in a dynamic operation, filled with energy and movement, where your demeanor is crucial to visitors' experience. In a combination of delivering quality and service, your main tasks will be: • Ensure that facilities are clean and well maintained • Provide a warm and professional reception that creates positive experiences for our guests • Contribute to safety and security in our facilities • Develop operations and strengthen collaboration with the city's departments and other actors • Handle simple administrative tasks and contribute to efficient work processes Working hours vary and may include work during daytime, evenings, and weekends. During daytime, you primarily meet school classes in the halls, and during evenings and weekends, the majority of visitors are from various sports associations. Qualifications We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education and experience and good knowledge within service work. We would like to see that you have education within sports, associations, or children and youth activities. It is also meritorious if you have experience working with children and young people or experience from multicultural work environments. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have a background in sports or association activities, and are multilingual. For this position, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and competencies. To thrive in the role of sports worker with us, you take responsibility for your and the team's shared work tasks. You have good demeanor and a genuine interest in other people where you find solutions and want to help provide good service. You have good collaboration skills where you work well with others by listening, showing interest and respect.
