WORK DUTIES We need temporary workers for our operations: residential care facilities, home care services, supported housing, and personal assistance. The assignment involves providing support in daily life, and you will always be part of a team where you receive introduction and guidance from experienced colleagues. The job gives you the opportunity for personal development where you get to know many people and life situations that you might not otherwise have encountered. It gives you experiences and memories for life, as well as an opportunity to make a difference for someone else. Your work duties include: • Go on a walk, arrange a coffee break, play games, or do simple morning exercises. • Social support: Listen, talk, and provide support • Personal care: Assist with hygiene, clothing, and mobility • Document in digital systems QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is 18 years old or older • has a valid passport/national ID or work permit • speaks and writes Swedish fluently, which requires passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language 1, or equivalent. • has good computer skills and can handle different systems It is meritorious if you: • have experience or education in the areas you are applying for • have a B driver's license • We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
