We work with youth who have various forms of sexualized behavioral problems. Neuropsychiatric disabilities are common. The young people are between 10 and 19 years old. The facility is located in Visseltofta, 1 mile west of Osby. Treatment work is conducted based on CBT/DBT and salutogenic principles. Your Main Tasks Include: - Care in the form of direct treatment work - Participation in assessment work - Network contacts - Documentation and development work We work with evidence-based methods, primarily utilizing clarifying pedagogy. The position involves work during daytime, evening, night, and weekends. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is responsible, builds relationships, flexible, and secure. It is important that you can demonstrate empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close collaboration with your colleagues, which requires good communication and teamwork skills. To apply for this position, you must have a B-class driver's license. We would like to see that you have previous experience working in social care and/or working with children and youth, but it is not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is a merit if you have a relevant post-secondary education (or education in progress) in social care, such as social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or treatment pedagogue.
