Together we work with quality, responsibility, and pride in what we do. In the role of facilities cleaner in Växjö, you will work at one of our workplaces. Our mission is to clean care wards and reception areas, among other things, and here you will meet both patients and staff in your daily work. The work involves early mornings, which means you need to be comfortable starting the day early and be energetic and ready when the workday begins. We are now looking for hourly-paid facilities cleaners who can start working with us after the vacation period with a start at the end of August/beginning of September. 4 position(s). WORK TASKS The work is varied and includes both daily cleaning in our facilities and more extensive deep cleaning. In your daily work, you are responsible for keeping patient rooms, operating rooms, corridors, waiting areas, and other common areas clean and pleasant, as well as offices and administrative spaces. As a facilities cleaner, you are an important part of our operations. You contribute to a high hygienic standard in environments where it really makes a difference. We use evidence-based methods to prevent the spread of infection and ensure a safe environment for both patients and colleagues. In addition to cleaning, you also perform service tasks on behalf of the operation, such as placing orders and unpacking laundry and consumable materials, all to create a functioning and well-organized care environment. As an hourly-paid facilities cleaner with us, you set your own availability and will be contacted when needed, for example during sick leave or other temporary vacancies. Now we need more hourly-paid staff for: • Växjö Hospital and Sigrids area - care-related facilities cleaning You work with cleaning reception areas, wards, common areas, and office environments. Working hours: Monday-Sunday 06:00-15:00 or 07:00-16:00. If you work in the Sigrids area, the employer will request an extract from the suspicion and liability register before employment. • Deep cleaning - thorough cleaning (Driver's license required and the employer will request an extract from the suspicion and liability register before employment.) You perform deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and construction cleaning. Working hours: Monday-Friday 06:00-15:00. The work is physical and can be demanding at times, which means you need to have good physical fitness and be comfortable moving around during the workday. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who enjoys a service-oriented role and wants to contribute to a clean, safe, and well-functioning care environment. To work with us, you need to be at least 18 years old, and previous experience in service professions is meriting. As a person, you are reliable, flexible, and good at collaborating with others. You are structured in your approach and have an eye for order and details, and you take responsibility for your tasks.
