Description Home Care is now seeking several temporary nursing assistants/care workers for day/evening shifts as well as night shifts. Within home care, we provide high-quality care and support services to individuals who receive services according to the Social Services Act. Home Care covers all of Sotenäs Municipality. Duties As a nursing assistant/care worker in home care, you shall, from a professional perspective, provide care and support services to our users in accordance with the Social Services Act. Services must be of high quality and tailored to individual needs. You work with a respectful approach and strong empathetic skills. You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Your work also includes performing delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act as well as documenting and creating implementation plans in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications It is desirable that you are a trained nursing assistant with previous experience working in elderly care. B-category driver's license is required. You must be able to cycle as some routes are covered by bicycle. As a person, you are social, empathetic, flexible, and interested in people. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and previous references. You have good computer skills and excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
