Ceciliagården is a unique facility with a socio-therapeutic focus. The group home is located between Järle and Ervalla, approximately 25 km north of Örebro. Our target population consists of individuals within the LSS Group 1 category, which includes diagnoses of autism and/or intellectual disability, often combined with challenging behaviors. We manage the farm and our animals together, and we also provide daily activities. Our mission is to strengthen each resident through care and support tailored to individual needs. Care training or education with a pedagogical focus is a merit, as is experience with similar work. We place great importance on personal suitability. A Category B driver's license for manual transmission and access to your own vehicle is a requirement. Ceciliagården should be a place where everyone has a natural place, a farm for all, but especially for those who need stability, rhythm, care, and reduced stress. We let the seasons shape the rhythm of the farm. Working hours vary with day, evening, weekend, and night shifts available. Both day/evening shifts and longer "full shifts" occur. We are primarily seeking hourly temporary staff for day/evening shifts. We prefer that you can start a temporary position immediately. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be processed. Learn more about us and our values at www.ceciliagarden.se and follow us on Facebook under "Ceciliagården".
