More About the Job We are now looking for temporary employees who can start after the summer. You enjoy working in customer service and feel comfortable contacting customers via telephone, chat and email. You will become part of one of the teams Credit Account or Collection at PayEx and have the opportunity to work together with engaged and great colleagues.
Some of your work tasks consist of;
Handling incoming cases mainly via telephone, but also email and chat from our customers and end customers.
Administrative work tasks.
We are looking for you who: Are positive, quick to learn, thorough and customer-aware. You thrive in a varied and high-paced work environment, you dare to take initiative, both socially and in work tasks, and you have good computer skills.
You like to work with the customer in focus and constantly strive to provide the best possible service. Because we meet our customers daily, you need to have social competence and can easily communicate in both speech and writing, over telephone, chat and email.
You will work in a dynamic environment where you continually strive to exceed customer expectations.
We also think it is good if you have:
Previous experience of customer-facing service work via telephone, email and administration.
Very good communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish as well as good communication skills in both speech and writing in English.
