Full-Time Airport Staff for the Passenger Service Department at Luleå Airport!

Do you want to be an important part of travelers' safe start to their journey? At Luleå Airport, you'll get varied work where you contribute to creating safety and security for passengers. What does the role involve? As an Airport Officer in the Passenger Service Department, you'll be offered a varied workday with several different areas of responsibility, such as: Working at passenger check-in Assisting passengers with special needs to ensure safe transportation to and from the aircraft Staffing the boarding area where tickets are checked Working at the information desk where you help passengers with questions and matters Supporting facility maintenance and cleaning of the operation's premises We offer temporary employment (hourly positions) with varying working hours, from early morning (around 4:30 AM) to late evening, in some cases until 12:30 AM. Weekend work is also included. To be a candidate for the position, you need to be able to get to and from the airport, even during times when public transportation is not available. The position starts with training in week 41 at 100%, and this is mandatory. Who are you? We see that you have: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Previous experience in service with a focus on customer interactions The ability to get to the airport, even if public transportation is not available As a person, we see that you are social and service-minded with a natural ability to create positive experiences for people in different situations. You are attentive, humble, and treat others with respect and warmth, while adapting your approach to each individual's needs. You are also resourceful and flexible, enjoy taking responsibility, and find solutions even in new or challenging situations. What do we offer you?
