The facility is beautifully located in the center of Djursholm and has good connections from Mörby Center. The facility is close to beautiful walking paths along the water and has large terraces. The operation is characterized by strong expertise across different professional categories. All staff work from a rehabilitation/habilitation approach where the goal is to see each resident as an individual and take into account their physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs. Our goal is to provide good individualized care and stimulation, with competent staff who utilize interests and needs. We are now looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to work as a temporary employee with us. You will be an important part of our team and contribute your expertise, engagement, and warmth. WORK TASKS Your role includes typical tasks such as medication management, documentation, ward rounds, planned and acute health and medical assessments. We work in various digital systems that you need to be familiar with. We use the quality systems Senior Alert, BPSD registry, and Palliative registry. You also need knowledge of Pascal and NPÖ. As a nurse with us, you will work with dementia and other cognitive diseases. We work with, among other things, the quality registries Senior Alert and Palliative registry. We have digital signing for healthcare services and delegations through APPVA. Healthcare and social care documentation is performed in Treserva, where incidents are also registered and followed up. We are connected to NPÖ. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a licensed nurse • have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse • have good IT and documentation skills • very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing It is advantageous if you have: • experience working as a nurse in elderly care • experience in dementia care • relevant specialist training As a nurse, you have a strong commitment to people and a positive outlook. You conduct yourself in a way that is adapted to the situation and show care for our patients. You convey calm and stability and can meet people in different situations in a professional manner. You work in a structured way and feel confident in prioritizing your tasks and have the ability to make your own decisions. You should have the ability to listen to our patients' needs and have good communication skills. Furthermore, it is important that you are engaged in your work.
