Stenungsund Municipality is now seeking receptionists for Stenungsund Arena. With us, you will have a central role in daily operations where you meet people, organizations, and other visitors – with a focus on service, structure, and quality. Stenungsund Arena is a modern and welcoming facility full of activity and movement. Approximately 30 permanent employees and 20 temporary staff work here in the swimming hall, operations, and administration. Together, we create an attractive meeting place for residents and visitors in the municipality. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a receptionist, you are a central part of our operations and serve as the entry point to the facility. You meet visitors daily and contribute to professional and positive service. The main responsibilities are: • Guest service in connection with visits to the swimming hall and other parts of the arena • External communication to spread information and promote our operations • Handling and distribution of incoming emails, phone calls, and information • Cash handling • Work in booking systems and case management • Administrative tasks including Outlook. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys a service-oriented role where you meet visitors daily, answer questions, and contribute to a positive experience of the operations. You have experience in reception work or other customer service where guest service has been a natural part of your work. You communicate fluently in Swedish and feel comfortable using English in contact with visitors and partners. You have experience working with social media and feel confident in digital environments where multiple different systems and tools are used simultaneously. We welcome a post-secondary education or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. It is a merit if you have: • Experience working in a swimming hall, sports facility, or other public operations • Experience in public sector work • Experience with booking systems, preferably BRP. To succeed in this role, you are a positive and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting people. You work well with others while taking independent responsibility and prioritizing your tasks when needed. Since you are an important part of the facility's public face, you are communicative, attentive, and confident in interacting with different audiences. The positions are organizationally placed within the Sports and Facilities unit, which is part of the Culture and Recreation division. A clear criminal record certificate must be presented.
