You have great empathetic abilities, are good at listening and communicating, you collaborate easily, and you should be flexible. You don't need to speak fluent Swedish, but if you can speak Swedish, English, or Spanish, that is an advantage. Your responsibilities: In daily life, you will be an important person in this boy's life. He needs help with everything from personal care to mobility as well as communicating and socializing with his surroundings. He is a happy guy who loves singing and music. As an assistant, you will be proactive in bringing play and movement into his life by, among other things, listening to music, playing instruments, going out and watching animals, and perhaps going swimming. It is a merit if you are a trained childcare worker or have other care or educational training. You should be a non-smoker. About the position: We are looking for temporary staff who can have some fixed shifts per week but can also step in as a substitute during illness. This can include day, evening, and night shifts. If you enjoy the work and collaboration works well, there is an opportunity for permanent employment after a few months.
