Q-lan's youth center is located in Bergshamra. The workplace has training and health as its profile and we have training facilities, a studio, and access to two sports halls. Q-lan operates as an open venue and is a meeting place primarily for middle school students ages 13-16. What the Work Involves As a part-time substitute, you'll work as a youth recreation leader in our open activities, and your work hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends. You'll create activities in collaboration with young people. You'll also collaborate with other stakeholders, such as other recreation facilities in Solna, associations, and organizations. You have the ability to see potential in all young people and believe in their development. You'll also run our café operations. Daily moving of furniture is part of the job. Who Are We Looking For? You have experience working with young people You have experience leading young people in various activities You are a competent swimmer We consider it a merit if you are trained as a youth recreation leader or have other relevant pedagogical education for the position. As a person, you have a good ability to build strong relationships with young people. You are creative and solution-oriented and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals. We're looking for someone who is driven and has a norm-critical approach. You are a safe role model for young people. More About the Application This is a fixed-term employment position.
