About the role You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly carry out risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and educate care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life.
