This is Aleris ASIH Nynäshamn With us work doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and occupational therapists – all with a shared goal: to provide the best care in the home. We are part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes a specialized palliative care unit, basic home care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.
Aleris ASIH operates in several locations in Stockholm. We cover a defined geographic area and use environmentally classified vehicles between patient visits.

We work with the TakeCare journal system and the iTacih planning tool. So you need to have good computer skills – but most importantly, you have team spirit, patience, and the desire to put the patient first.
Who are you?
You are a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
You have a B driver's license and speak/write Swedish fluently
You are confident in your role, have strong medical competence, and enjoy collaboration
If you've worked in ASIH before, that's a big plus
Specialist training in oncology care, palliative care, elderly care, and district nursing is meriting.
We're looking for someone who is thoughtful, curious, and communicative. You easily build trust with both patients and colleagues – and you see the value in being part of something larger.
