With a focus on customer service and customer experience, we provide store visitors with a wide selection for all ages. ABOUT YOU: We expect that as a sales associate you are driven to create results through excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and outstanding interpersonal skills. You are engaged and want to work in retail! Previous experience working in retail or the fashion industry is an advantage but not a requirement. We highly value work ethic, engagement, and interpersonal skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure we provide the best customer service to our customers Ensure the store is in top condition and always sales-ready Handle daily store tasks in consultation with your colleagues Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise Clean, optimize, and maintain the store visually according to employer guidelines Prepare and execute sales activities in the store according to set marketing plans This position is hourly-based and on an as-needed basis (approximately 5-15h / week).
