Hourly Production Worker - Cell Manufacturing at Ligna Energy

About the Position This is an hourly position with us at Ligna Energy. In your role as a production resource for cell manufacturing, you will work closely with the company's product and technology teams to carry out a series of individual steps in the production of Ligna's S-Power supercapacitors. You will play a key role in ensuring that customer deliveries are completed as planned. You will contribute with precision and accuracy independently in the prescribed manufacturing processes - in collaboration with colleagues and supervisors. Our thin and flexible energy storage solutions are used in connected IoT products, for example in smart buildings, electronic shelf labels in retail and logistics tracking, and smart active cards for access control. Operations are located in the heart of the industrial landscape in Norrköping and encompass cell development, cell production, application development, and sales/delivery. Company Vision: "Sustainable power for an intelligent tomorrow" Job Responsibilities We are actively scaling up production toward automation, but during this transition phase, manual processes are still required for cell assembly and product handling for quality control and delivery. Your work responsibilities include: • Assembly of cells in Ligna's production at several production stations (including job rotation) • Quality assurance of individual cells, batches, and process steps • Documentation of produced cells • Packaging and delivery Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Precision and quality awareness • Good organizational and planning skills • Interest in technology • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken • Technical education or equivalent work experience is a plus.
