Do you want to work as a part-time personal assistant in a very important role? We are looking for someone with experience in care and support, preferably with experience in personal assistance. You are a cheerful, positive, reliable, responsible, and independent woman. Previous experience working with children is a plus. Experience is important, but chemistry is even more important! You will be working in a family in Malmö with several children. You understand what it means to work in someone's home and are aware of what this entails. The cooperative SMIL is now looking for you to work as a personal assistant to a little girl who shows a lot of affection and has care needs. She is tube-fed and there is some lifting and physical therapy involved. She loves to play and have fun. The girl has no verbal communication, and you must be attentive to the little girl's wishes and interests. We are looking for a part-time assistant who can step in on short notice and provide assistance around the clock. Through SMIL, you will receive training and guidance in your role. According to the Swedish law on background checks, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment.
