Your Assignment Sports operations is responsible for maintenance and daily operations of Nacka Municipality's sports facilities and provides service assignments for other municipal operations. We are currently seeking hourly staff who will primarily work at Fisksätra Multi-Hall on Hamnvägen 7, Fisksätra, Saltsjöbaden, but work at our other facilities may occur as needed. Initially, during the fall, there may be opportunities to work 70-100%. Subsequently, the employment level for you as an hourly substitute may vary, and there is also a possibility that the employment level will remain depending on the department's needs. As an hourly employee, you will have varied work covering planned absences, sick leave, and when additional resources are needed for service assignments. Sports facilities have generous opening hours to provide residents with the best possible service. Therefore, working hours are scheduled for daytime, evening, and weekends. You will have access to the tools needed during working hours and comprehensive orientation to help you feel confident in your role. Depending on the assignments, this work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Work Duties: Operation and maintenance of sports facilities, such as ice rinks, soccer fields, skateparks, and outdoor gyms. You are responsible for the care of facilities, machines, and tools and have contact with visitors Service assignments for other municipal operations such as schools, elderly care, and social psychiatry, for example, installation and maintenance of equipment, moving furniture, furniture assembly, and minor carpentry work Your Experience For this position, you must have: Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Class B driver's license Good computer, mobile, and system proficiency Experience with and interest in similar work duties It is advantageous if you also have: Education and/or experience in facility maintenance, plumbing, construction/carpentry, technical work, as an electrician, or similar Experience operating an ice machine, tractor, or other large work vehicles Is This You?
