Olsson Solutions is now recruiting more hourly employees for our staffing pool for assignments with our customers, primarily in Torsvik and Stigamo. Right now, we have increased demand in furniture assembly, container unloading, and warehouse work, especially on weekdays during daytime hours. About the Job Work tasks vary depending on the client and assignment and may include: - Unloading containers and incoming goods - Moving and handling furniture - Assembly of furniture and interior fittings - Warehouse and terminal work - Sorting and placement of goods - Order handling - Other practical tasks within warehouse and logistics The work is sometimes physically demanding, and you need to be comfortable working at a good pace. Some assignments may come with relatively short notice, while others are planned further in advance. Therefore, we're looking for both people who want to work regularly as temporary staff and people who have the ability to step in when needed. What We're Looking For Above all, we're looking for someone who is reliable and willing to work. You should: - Be responsible and punctual - Enjoy practical and physical work - Be able to work both independently and with others - Be flexible and able to adapt between different workplaces and tasks - Have the ability to work weekdays during daytime hours at least some days - Speak Swedish or English at a level that allows you to understand work instructions You don't need extensive experience. The right attitude, high attendance, and a willingness to do a good job are important to us. Merits It's advantageous if you have: - Experience from warehouse, terminal, moving, assembly, or transport - Forklift certification - Driver's license and access to a car - Ability to work with short notice - Previous experience with physical work Work Hours and Scope This is a temporary hourly position where work is offered as needed. Assignments are currently primarily scheduled on weekdays during daytime hours, but other work times and types of assignments may also occur. The number of work shifts can vary depending on our customers' needs.
