About Us Fabrik38 and Hagalundsparken are two vibrant meeting places for young people in Solna where creativity, community, and participation are in focus. The facilities offer a wide range of activities, including music studios, dance and movement spaces, creative workshops, café operations, and recreational activities such as billiards, table tennis, VR, and PS5. Fabrik38 serves high school students while Hagalundsparken welcomes middle school-aged youth. Through a varied offering of activities, we create excellent opportunities for young people to develop their interests, connect with peers, and feel included in a safe and welcoming environment. What the Work Involves As a youth leader, you'll help create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring meeting place for young people. Together with youth and colleagues, you'll plan and conduct activities and projects that spark engagement, promote participation, and support young people's development. You recognize potential in every individual and actively work to create conditions for young people to grow, have influence, and develop their interests. The role also includes collaboration with recreational activities, organizations, and other stakeholders in Solna, as well as responsibility for café operations, which is an important part of our open activities. Who We're Looking For You have youth leadership training or other relevant educational background (a plus). You have experience working as a youth leader or in similar activities. You are a confident and engaged adult with strong ability to build trusting relationships with young people. You are organized with the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement activities. You recognize each young person's unique potential and want to contribute to their development and inclusion. You are creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating and working toward shared goals. You have an inclusive and critical perspective on norms and value diversity.
