In your work in Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to supply our customers and stores with our fresh quality products every day. You become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You get a job that is both varied, active and fun as it contains variation between both sales and distribution activities. You have many contact points, primarily with the customers you visit every day, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to get a little better every day. • Daily visit the customers you are responsible for and sell and restock our fresh products. • Create the conditions for good sales in the store. • Plan and implement sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results. You are responsive and have an easy time building trust and are driven by working toward set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning ability and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work. You communicate well in Swedish in both speech and writing and the position requires that you have a C license (valid YKB+ Driver's Card).
