Job Duties Your responsibilities are to work together with your experienced nursing assistant colleagues to help our residents with all common daily tasks according to each person's needs, such as personal hygiene, medication, exercise, meal preparation, and cleaning. Your work may also involve informing relatives and monitoring our residents' care needs around the clock. Your work is characterized by responsibility, interactions, and collaboration with other people, and the needs of our residents guide your work. You will work in accordance with applicable legislation, the organization's goals, and within the framework of our political mandate and the intentions of the Social Services Act. Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and weekend shifts. We document in the Life Care system based on IBIC, the individual's needs in focus. Qualifications We are looking for you—a trained nursing assistant with a genuine interest in meeting people. Advantageous to have training as a specialist nursing assistant in elderly care and experience with change management. Your work style is characterized by calmness, flexibility, commitment, and strong collaboration skills. You need very good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
