We are looking for a personal care assistant who wants to work with our client in Söderköping. You will help with everything in our client's daily life: meals, personal hygiene, leisure interests. You will be our client's extended arm, stepping in and helping where the functional limitation sets boundaries. Your role also includes planning and structuring our client's daily routine together with the client, so that the client becomes as independent as possible.
Our client is a 23-year-old girl who has Down syndrome, autism, and developmental delay.
Our client's interests include TikTok, music, singing, using her phone, relaxing on the couch. She also enjoys going out and exercising. The client lives in central Söderköping in her own apartment.
You and our client will spend time together through thick and thin, on vacation, at parties, and in everyday life. You will develop a close relationship with each other. Therefore, it is important that the personal chemistry works and that you enjoy each other's company.

Work Hours / Duration: The position is as a substitute when a regular assistant is not available. The work is scheduled at varying times: day, evening, night, and weekends. You work approximately 09:00 to 09:00 the next day with waiting time during the night.
Salary: Fixed hourly wage by agreement. Other compensation according to collective agreement.
Start Date: Immediate for introduction.
