TikTok Coordinator at Framtidsutveckling - 50%

Framtidsutveckling is looking for a TikTok Coordinator who wants to develop our presence on TikTok, with a special focus on education, career, and employers. You'll become part of our marketing team and take significant responsibility for content creation. From concept and production to publishing and follow-up. About the Role You will, among other things: Plan, film, edit, and publish content for TikTok Identify relevant trends and formats and adapt them for our target audiences Develop content plans and yearly calendars Monitor results and develop content based on data and learnings Project lead collaborative productions (schools and companies) from idea to finished video Coordinate guest appearances, interviews, shoots, and creators Contribute both in front of and behind the camera. Who Are We Looking For? We believe you are creative, self-driven, and organized, with a strong interest in TikTok and short-form video. You can film and edit, have a feel for storytelling and visual content, and enjoy testing ideas and seeing what actually works. You also need to be comfortable taking responsibility, collaborating with others, and driving multiple productions forward. Position Details Employment: Fixed-term contract, 6 months Scope: 50%, 20 hours per week Workplace: Our office in central Gothenburg, near Kungsportsplatsen. Travel may occur. Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 09:00–15:00, with lunch 12:00–13:00 Start: As soon as possible/by agreement The position begins at 50%, with the possibility of gradually expanding if demand and the number of external collaborations increase.
