As a textile grader at Wargön Innovation, you are an important part of our work toward a more circular textile industry. You assess and classify secondhand textiles based on quality, condition, and reuse potential. By determining which garments can be reused, recycled, or handled in other ways, our textile graders directly contribute to extending the lifespan of textiles and reducing waste. The role is practical and involves working at a high pace where quick decisions are often required. You work closely with colleagues in an engaged team where accuracy, quality, and sustainability are central. Together you work to reach set goals where your drive and effort make a difference. As a textile grader, you work both manually and with technical support. You use your knowledge of materials and details together with the technical equipment in our innovation environment to ensure high quality in sorting. You have an interest in textiles, fashion, and reuse, and thrive in an environment where teamwork is central. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and have an eye for details, but also a positive attitude toward learning new things and developing together with others. Main responsibilities: Grade textiles according to established criteria (e.g., condition, material, usability). Sort textiles into the correct flow: reuse, recycling, special handling. Contribute to maintaining the team's goals Wargön Innovation is an innovation environment where we work on the development, scaling, and industrialization of textile sorting. We focus on how materials can be used again in circular flows, how products can be developed from circular materials, and on establishing new ways to sort and recycle textiles.
