Test Strategy Expert

We are seeking a test strategy expert for an exciting assignment with a government agency. Assignment Description Preparation and recommendation regarding IHE and national Gazelle node The purpose of this assignment is to develop a decision-making basis for Sweden's future strategy regarding the use of IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) and associated test and validation capabilities. The work will be conducted in two parallel tracks that explore different strategic choices. Track A: Investigate whether Sweden should use Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise® (IHE) and to what extent Track B: Investigate the prerequisites for a Swedish national test node based on Gazelle Architecture As a test strategy expert/senior test leader, you will work within a team to thoroughly investigate this area and ultimately develop a recommendation. Mandatory Requirements At least 5 years of experience in test leadership in larger projects or programs. Experience with and ability to define test objectives, test scope, and quality criteria. Experience developing long-term test and quality strategies. Experience establishing test processes, methods, and governance models. Experience with KPIs and quality metrics. Experience with test governance and quality monitoring. The consultant must achieve at least competence level 3 according to the framework agreement: Knowledge: High general competence, or very high education and expertise in the field. Experience: Has participated in large assignments within the field and completed assignments with very high quality. This level is normally achieved no earlier than 9-12 years within the field for the relevant industry/area. Leadership: Takes primary responsibility for leading larger groups. Independence: Very high The bidder must hold F-tax status and verify this by submitting a valid F-tax registration certificate with the bid.
