At eHealth Arena, we work at the intersection of the public sector, business and academia to create better conditions for innovation in health, care and social services. Now we are looking for a person who wants to help establish and develop our work with test environments and test processes.
As a test environment developer, you will have overall responsibility for establishing and further developing the arena's work with test environments. Together with our collaboration partners, you will develop working methods and processes that make it easier for healthcare and social care organizations to test and evaluate new eHealth solutions based on their own needs and conditions. You will work to clarify roles and responsibilities, develop common working methods and create a long-term sustainable model for how testing and validation should be conducted within eHealth Arena.
You will coordinate ongoing test initiatives for new digital solutions within health and social care, support organizations and companies in planning tests, contribute to translating needs into feasible test setups, and document and develop the methods and working methods that emerge. You will be part of eHealth Arena's work in the projects Health Data Sweden and eHealth Collaboration, while also contributing to the long-term development of our operations.
Since the field is under development, you will have great opportunities to influence both working methods, priorities and future development.

About you
We are looking for someone who has academic education or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent.
You enjoy creating structure and developing working methods together with others. You have experience leading development work, projects or complex processes where many different actors need to collaborate. You are comfortable creating order in complex contexts and find it easy to switch between strategic issues and practical implementation. Perhaps you currently work with operational development, project management, digitalization, innovation, testing or collaboration. Regardless of background, you have an interest in digitalization, innovation and societal development and enjoy working in a role where cooperation and communication are a natural part of everyday life. To thrive in the role, we believe you are curious, initiative-taking, structured and solution-oriented. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English and find it easy to build trust, establish relationships and get people to work toward common goals. It is meritorious if you have experience in eHealth, digitalization, life science or health care and social services.
A driver's license is a requirement as the position involves travel.
Your future workplace
You will be located at eHealth Arena's premises at Linnaeus University in Kalmar. eHealth Arena is an initiative in eHealth, run by Region Kalmar County and is part of the regional development department. It is a shared arena for business, healthcare and social care, academia and the public. eHealth Arena works in collaboration to contribute to increased use of eHealth services within health, care and social services as well as increased business growth.
Within regional development, we work on sustainable growth and development issues in Kalmar County. We do this by initiating and coordinating initiatives. We collaborate with actors inside and outside the county in various areas such as public health, business, environment and climate, infrastructure, urban planning, rural areas, skills supply, culture and library development. We create and participate in networks and also work with financing development initiatives aimed at promoting the county's development. We contribute to adult education through our four folk high schools; Gamleby, Kalmar, Vimmerby and Öland which are part of the regional development department.
