A government agency needs a test lead for a larger cross-agency program aimed at preventing and combating abuse. The program consists of two projects: Basic and Follow-up Verification and Individual and ID Verification. As a consultant, you are responsible for coordinating and conducting tests as well as validizing the services developed in the projects. Tests must be performed according to established test procedures and be completed and approved before services are put into production. You plan, manage, and follow up on tests, and conduct them together with other resources in the projects. Remote work is possible up to 80% of the assignment duration, by agreement. Requirements for You as a Consultant Must-Have Requirements 5 years of work experience documenting tests and test flows 2 years of work experience in collaboration projects within public sector operations 5 years of work experience with projects containing system development 3 years of work experience in manual testing 3 years of work experience in automated testing 3 years of work experience in bug reporting and follow-up 3 years of work experience creating test cases Should-Have Requirements 3 years of work experience in agile work 3 years of work experience in projects where personal data processing, storage, and IT security issues were in scope Competency Level 3 Knowledge: High competency within the current area/role Experience: Serves as a role model for other consultants at lower levels.
