About the Role We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality and wants to influence how our most critical systems function in a modern and dynamic IT environment. Connecting Stockholm is now seeking an experienced test lead who wants to drive and develop testing and quality assurance in both projects and operations. Here you will be part of an engaged and competent team where we work cross-functionally and together create value through collaboration, quality, and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and coordinate requirements and testing work in projects, operations, and release cycles. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and analyses to capture, structure, and prioritize business needs. Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test design based on business requirements and risks. Ensure that testing activities follow the plan, quality requirements, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate and drive requirements and testing work in cross-functional teams. Ensure functional test data, test environments, and test tools. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, results, and approvals. Document test results and recommendations clearly. Work closely with developers, architects, and operations managers to ensure alignment on requirements and testing. Document decisions, status, and traceability in the requirements process in a clear and structured manner. Qualifications University degree in IT, systems science, or similar fields. Several years of experience as a test lead in larger projects or complex IT environments. Experience working with requirements management from start to finish, including requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization, and anchoring. Familiarity with developing requirements specifications, user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria. Documented experience with test strategy, test plans, and test design. Experience with functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing. Experience working closely with development, business, and architecture. Strong communication skills and experience reporting status, risks, and recommendations. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Self-sufficient throughout the entire testing process from analysis to release environments. You work in a structured and methodical manner and have a knack for creating order and attention to detail. You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach and quickly identify deviations, risks, and quality challenges. You can propose relevant and well-founded measures. You enjoy collaborating with developers, business units, operations managers, and project managers. You contribute with reassurance and clarity toward common goals. You are flexible and can handle changed circumstances, shifting priorities, and multiple parallel tasks in a professional manner. Meriting Qualifications Test automation and regression automation. CI/CD flows. Testing in Azure (API, integrations, serverless, etc.). Experience with test data management and test environment work. Experience establishing and improving testing processes. Experience with integration-rich system landscapes. Experience with business systems (e.g., ERP, VLS, case management). Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements and testing.
