Our Operations
IT at the Medical Products Agency consists of the Digitalization Unit (DIG) and the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and User Support Unit (CIA). DIG currently has approximately 90 dedicated employees who, together with CIA, take a holistic approach to the authority's digitalization.
We work closely with operations and deliver accessible, stable and secure IT support that creates concrete value. We have a relatively large portion of in-house development and our teams continuously develop working methods, technology and tools with a focus on quality, collaboration and learning.

Your Responsibilities
With us, you will work in cross-functional teams where testing, requirements, development and operations collaborate closely and learn together.
The role includes:
Planning, coordinating and conducting testing activities with the team
Leading and facilitating acceptance testing together with users
Following up, analyzing and documenting test results
Designing and quality assuring test cases
Maintaining and expanding existing automated test suites
Verifying tests, identifying deviations and driving error handling
Performing exploratory testing to discover unexpected behaviors
Ensuring a holistic perspective in testing and identifying areas where test coverage can be improved
Contributing to developing working methods for testing and test automation
Developing the organization's testing and requirements specifications for Low-Code and automations
Your Background
We are looking for you who have:
Post-secondary education in IT, computer science or equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
Several years of documented experience with testing work in agile development teams
Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you have:
Experience with quality assurance of Low-Code, preferably Oracle APEX
Experience with automation using robots, e.g. UI-path
Experience with test management or testing of information systems for regulatory or administrative processes in the health sector
Worked with tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent
Experience with quality management systems and regulatory processes such as GAMP5 or ISO 9001
Certification in testing, for example ISTQB or equivalent
Experience with accessibility testing (against guidelines according to WCAG or EN301549)

As a person, you are open and curious, enjoy collaborating with others and contribute to a structured working method in the team. You need to have strong personal drive and take initiative to move work forward. You understand that your role is to support and help the end user with user experience and accessibility as focus.
