About the role Getinge is in an exciting growth phase and is now seeking a Test and Verification Engineer for Getinge Disinfection AB's R&D department in Växjö. This position offers a driven engineer the opportunity to work with products that contribute to saving lives in a production-oriented and international environment. You will be part of the Design Effectiveness team and work with validation and verification of new and existing washer-disinfectors. Testing includes everything from mechanical testing to chemical, microbiological, and biocompatibility testing. Knowledge of microbiology or ISO 10993 (biocompatibility) is a merit. The position is located in Växjö. Your responsibilities Identify appropriate test methods to verify new technical solutions to ensure product functionality and safety. Act as a verification resource in new development projects. Plan, conduct, and document verification activities according to applicable quality requirements. What you bring For this role, we see that you have the following: Relevant engineering degree in biotechnology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering & automation, or similar Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is maintained in a controlled manner and that only calibrated equipment is used when required. Experience working in a project environment, preferably within regulated operations Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Beyond technical skills, we value your personality highly.
