Your Role as Project Manager To strengthen our team within the project organization, we are looking for project managers for testing projects. You will be part of a main project with various functions represented and will be responsible for your own testing project within the main project. The project teams have high communication levels and great commitment. In the role as project manager for testing projects, you will lead test projects of various sizes, both commercial and R&D, which include electrical, mechanical, routine, and material testing. The testing project is the foundation for demonstrating that the designed solution meets all stated requirements. You are primarily responsible for: • Ensuring that tests are delivered with quality and that timelines are met • The project's budget, results, and resources related to your area • Technical preparation, documentation, and material orders • Communication with relevant parties regarding the project's status and progress The role involves ongoing work with risk management and finding appropriate solutions that meet the needs that arise in the project. It is therefore important that you focus on safety and working environment related to the various activities. You as Project Manager In a world that is constantly changing, it is important to be able to adapt and have an organized method for managing projects. You have an inner motivation to perform well and show commitment by assisting your colleagues. You are engaged in improving the department's work methods and generously share your experience.
