Tester / Test Lead – Mobile Applications

We are looking for an experienced Tester/Test Lead for a long-term consulting assignment with a major organization with socially important operations. This assignment is ideal for you if you have solid experience in testing and quality assurance and want to work with modern mobile solutions in a technically complex environment with high demands on security, performance, and reliability. About the Assignment In this role, you will work with testing and quality assurance in the development and further development of modern mobile applications and associated components. You will be part of an agile development team and work with both manual and automated testing. An important part of the assignment is to analyze business requirements and translate them into relevant test cases and test scenarios. You will also work with integrations between mobile clients, APIs, and underlying services, as well as ensure the solutions' functionality, performance, and quality. Examples of work tasks: • Plan, conduct, and follow up on manual and automated tests. • Develop test cases and test scenarios based on business and system requirements. • Test integrations between mobile applications, APIs, and underlying services. • Conduct performance and load testing. • Validate solutions in production-like environments. • Report errors and follow up on actions together with the development team. • Contribute to the development of testing methodology, testing tools, and processes related to CI/CD. • Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and other agile activities. • Participate in workshops and requirement discussions with the business, and collaborate with other projects and teams. What We Are Looking For • At least 5 years of professional experience in testing and test management. • At least 1 year of experience testing mobile applications. • Experience testing integrations between mobile clients, APIs, and underlying services. • Experience with performance and load testing. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written, and good knowledge of English. Meritorious It is positive if you also have experience with: • Test automation. • Protocols such as gRPC and testing real-time communication. • Work within security-classified operations or other activities with high security requirements. Other Information The assignment is conducted mainly at the regular placement location, but travel to Stockholm may occur when needed, usually during the day.
