Coordinate testing activities for software in complex vehicle systems. Drive planning, transparency, and improved work methods in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. In the role of Test Coordinator, you coordinate software testing activities at the complete vehicle level and contribute to clear, efficient work methods. About the Role Coordinate testing work within a technically advanced vehicle environment. Create transparency around status, priorities, and decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. What You'll Do Plan and coordinate test execution across multiple teams. Monitor test status, deviations, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate meetings and forums for shared direction. Develop and streamline testing and reporting processes. Support the use of AI and digital tools for increased efficiency. What We're Looking For Technical education or equivalent experience in, for example, software, electronics, embedded systems, or vehicle systems. Experience in test coordination, test planning, verification, validation, or technical project coordination. Understanding of test processes, follow-up, and risk and dependency management. Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. Experience with software and hardware integration or large technical systems. Technology & Tools Testing at complete vehicle level. Embedded systems and system integration. HIL/SIL is a merit. AI-supported workflows and digitalization of reporting are merits. Practical Information Location: Södertälje. Work arrangement: On-site. Languages: Swedish and English.
