About the roleWe need to strengthen our team and are now looking for terminal workers for Jönköping/Stigamo Norra. As a terminal worker, you will be picking goods according to orders, packing goods, restocking, handling returns and any product damage, as well as working with the intake and dispatch of goods. We have tasks that include forklift operation, but also other tasks that do not involve operating a forklift. The role also includes more advanced packaging tasks, administrative work, and service-based assignments related to the operation. You will also work with technical equipment and technical processes, where basic troubleshooting and quality assurance are a natural part of daily work. The role requires that you are comfortable combining practical terminal work with administrative and technical assignments, and that you have a structured work approach and a strong focus on quality and service. As a terminal worker, you report to the Production Manager for the assignment in the relevant department. We are looking for you if you: Speak and write Swedish fluently, and understand instructions Have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience Are quality-conscious and accustomed to working toward established goals Have a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive work environment Are comfortable working varying hours, as shift work is part of our operation. Day shifts as well as evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends. It is an advantage if you have Forklift Operator Licenses A and B with driving experience, as well as at least 1 year of warehouse experience.
